Promoted to the role of ICT Category Specialist as part of a review to implement a new Strategic Centralised Procurement Team at East Sussex County Council. Main duties include
• To design, develop and implement category strategies in conjunction with customers and service leads that ensure corporate objectives and that best value and compliance with legislation and corporate standing orders is achieved.

Joined the ICT department as a Procurement & Contracts Officer and gained promotion to Senior Procurement & Contracts Officer after 1 year.
